Intro to Mindfulness: This collection of ten digital exercises is a subset of our larger printed Mindful Kids collection and serves as a great tool for virtual or in-person classes with kids. These exercises offer an introduction to mindful breathing, mantras, meditation, and stretching as a way to for little ones to learn how to use their own minds and bodies to find the present moment.
