Order Modification Policy

Order Modifications and Order Cancellations 

We are a tiny but mighty team. Our warehouse works quickly and efficiently to ensure orders are shipped out as soon as possible. Since, we are busy working on getting your order out as fast as we can, we are unable to accommodate order cancellations or  any other order modifications including address changes, or payment changes. once an order has been placed and payment has been captured. If an order needs to be reshipped due to a wrong address a reshipment fee in the amount equal to the original shipping fee will be charged before a new order can be shipped out. No Exceptions. 

Some Useful Tips 

We would hate for you not to receive your order. Here are some tips to ensure that you receive your order without experiencing delays. 

  • Please make sure that the shipping address is correct. we are unable to redirect your order or modify your shipping address once an order has been placed.
  • Security is important to us. Please ensure that you are using the correct payment method. If using third party payment such as paypal, apple pay, etc, incorrect payment information may auto-populate. We encourage you to double check your payment information before submitting your order.  We are unable to update payment information once payment has been accepted.
  • If you are shipping to an address that has mail rooms, mail lockers, concierge. We recommend checking your tracking information to stay up to date with expected delivery dates to avoid any lost or stolen packages.

Returns can be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be issued after orders have been inspected and checked to make sure items meet our return requirements. Please email content@littleotterhealth.com to request assistance with a return. 

Price Adjustments 

  • We do not make price adjustments on any past orders.
  • We do not honor sale prices for items for any orders that are placed after 11:59pm on the night the sale has ended.
  • We do not offer price adjustments for forgotten discount codes. Please feel free to use the first time customer discount code on your next purchase from The Little Otter Shop.
  • We do not offer price adjustments due to currency conversions.

U.S. Returns 

At The Little Otter Shop  we understand that everyones path navigate social emotional learning can be different. What works for us might not be what works best for you and your little one. 

If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we're here and happy to help! We offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a refund minus the cost of shipping to the original payment method. Please contact content@littleotterhealth.com for assistance processing your return. 

During the holiday season, orders that are purchased between November 1, 2022- Dec 25, 2022 will have until February 1, 2023 to return orders for a full refund of the purchase price not including shipping

Kindly note the following exceptions to our return policy: 

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.  
  • Returned items must be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

U.S. Exchanges 

We are unable to offer exchanges, but you are more than welcome to request a return within 30 days of your order arriving. for a refund and place a separate order if you wish to exchange.

Canada Returns 

All Canadian orders are final sale. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer Canadian returns at this time. If your Canadian order arrived damaged or if it has not arrived. Please contact content@littleotterhealth.com for further assistance. 

Canada Exchanges 

All Canadian orders are final sale.  

Refunds 

Refunds will be issued after your return is received and inspected. Refunds take 1-2 business days to appear on your bank statement. You will be notified via email when your refund has been processed. 

Shipping back a return

Customers are responsible for paying for the shipping costs associated with returning your order. If you are returning an order over $75 in value, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned items. Shipping Labels can be purchased for the original shipping price by emailing content@littleotterhealth.com 

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request and send your return.

Returned to Sender Orders

Our shipping partners work diligently to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. After consecutive failed delivery attempts, orders will be returned to our warehouse. We are more than happy to ship out a new order. The customer will be responsible for the full cost of reshipping prior to a new order being dispatched. Thank you for your understanding. Damaged 

While we strive to ensure our orders arrive on time and in perfect condition. Sometimes things can go wrong during the hustle and bustle of shipping. If your order arrived damaged please email photo proof to content@littleotterhealth.com within 30 days of your order's arrival. We are more than happy to send out a replacement order. 

Lost/Stolen Orders: 

During the holiday season there is an increase in online ordering. We also acknowledge that lost/stolen packages have also increased this year. Little Otter is more than willing to ship out 1 replacement order free of charge. If a second replacement order is required, the customer will be responsible for shipping fees related to reshipment. Unfortunately, we are unable to support a third replacement order at this time. You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to submit a claim. No Exceptions.

Fine Print 

  1. Creating your return will require a printer
  2. You may request to return your order for a refund minus the cost of shipping within 14 days of your order's arrival. 3. Sale Items are final sale
  3. All returned items must be returned in their original packaging and in good condition.
  4. Returns will not be accepted for items which do not include all original packaging
  5. Refunds can take up to 5-7 business days from the day we receive your return. We will refund your return minus the cost of shipping using your original form of payment only. You will be notified via email when the refund has been processed. Please note that your bank or payment method may require additional time to process the transaction and credit your account
  6. We hold the right to deny refunds if the returned order does not meet the return policy requirements. If this occurs, you will be liable for shipping the item back to you.
  7. We are unable to offer Canadian returns at this time.
